It will take more time to fill out a resume with such information than it will to just send out an application with no information on it.On a resume, use skills, certifications, and experience, not specific skills. If you know about the specific skills required, put them at the top, in the first page of the page.Resume writing without dates is an art. The easier the information is to write, the better.
